If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with
you purchase, you can return the rug(s) at your own expense within
15 days of original receipt. Once we receive the rug(s), we will
refund the full purchase price. We do not refund return shipping
costs
or any additional costs, such as customs fees, brookerage fees,
expedited shipping, etc. NOTE: Please
allow 2-3 business days, after the refund has been issued, for
the credit to appear on your account.
Please follow these steps in order to return a rug:
- Call us toll free at 1-800-275-7020 or fill out the return form to receive an Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive an RA number, wrap the rug(s) in the original packaging, or if the original packaging is not available, use packaging material that is of equivalent strength. Attach the RA number on the package, such that it is visible from the outside.
- Ship the rug(s) via a shipping carrier of your choice to the address below. For your own protection, we highly recommend that you use a carrier that offers insurance (insure for at least the amount of purchase) and tracking options.

We may refuse any return if ...
- the rug has been damaged or soiled
- the rug has been shipped after 15 days
- the package does not provide an RA number
NOTE: All custom-made rugs and clearance rugs are non-returnable. Replacements will be issued for defective rugs, but due to the nature of these orders we cannot issue credits for their return.
Also, all oversized rugs (larger than 8'6" x 11'6") will have to be returned to the manufacturer within 20 days of the initial order and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The shipping on an oversized rug will usually run $300 or more. Please be aware of this before ordering.
